At the occasion of the Property Investment Forum in Bratislava (SK), attended virtually by all the players of the Slovak real estate industry (among others Penta, P3, Trigranit, IAD, Immofinanz, Colliers, JLL, CBRE, DTZ, C&W and many others), we took part in a discussion panel „Transactions, Valuation and Analyses“ and made a speech about bankability of the property transactions and related pre-investment analyses.
