VGD Corporate Finance acted as exclusive financial advisor and partner to the company´s owners to sell 100% stake in B M H spol. s r.o. The buyer was CENTRAL EUROPE INDUSTRY PARTNERS investment fund.

B M H spol. s r.o. is a construction company from Olomouc, which specializes in remediation of sewer lines and water mains.

The company is one of the technology leaders in the Czech Republic and is a pioneer of innovative methods and processes. Recently, the company has started significantly focusing on pressure pipes and vertical shafts.

Sales reached of 111 mil. CZK in 2018.
