Financing of the industrial property D+D Park Brodce to the tune of CZK 0.8 billion

VGD Corporate Finance was an exclusive financial adviser and a partner during the project financing regarding the purchase and the construction of the logistic center D + D Park Brodce to the approximate value of CZK 0.8 billion.

VGDCF, with its largest project finance team, provides their clients with comprehensive solutions ranging from the project financing through the on-balance funding to the complex corporate restructuring.

Michal Černý, the transaction manager, commented on: “The time is convenient for the long-term financing of investment projects and I am very pleased that we have managed to negotiate very interesting conditions for our client via a structured process.”

D + D Park Brodce logistic facility consists of two warehouses for important clients, including ŠKODA AUTO. The park has an internal area of approx. 86 ths. m2 and is situated 10 km south of Mladá Boleslav, on the exit no. 33 of the D10 motorway.

Mr. Petr Dědek commented on the transaction as follows, “The process of financing such a big project is a challenging discipline and I am glad we managed to successfully finish it with the support of VGDCF. Currently we can fully devote ourselves to the field we know how to master which is the development and the construction of the facility and the communication with the final tenants.”

The D + D group includes D & D Elektromont, which provides a complex electrical-assembly works, D + D REAL for real estate management, D + D Park Kosmonosy and D + D Park Pardubice as a significant developer and owner of logistics complexes. The D + D Group is also active in supporting cultural and sport activities events, such as D + D REAL Czech Masters from the European Tour series.

Funding was provided by Česká Spořitelna, which is also a financial partner of the D + D Group for other projects.

The transaction was successfully concluded in April 2017.
