We arranged a complete refinancing of the bank debts of the Amulet Group and as well as subsequent sale of fully leased logistic park of 20 000 sqm of leasable area with the option of development of another industrial hall. The park is located in the industrial area of the city of Lovosice, just next to the exit 48 of D8 highway.

Amulet Group – the Vendor – is a Czech rapidly expanding enterprise doing business with the leaders in automotive, toy industry as well as rubber industry. Recently finished sale of industrial property assets is related to expanding the activities in automotive industry.

ARETE INVEST, the open-ended investment fund – the Buyer – focuses mainly on medium and large sized investments in traditional real estate segments (residential, office, retail, industrial, logistics) with distinct risk profiles – core and value-add in Central Europe.

Property financing has been granted by Raiffeisenbank. The deal was successfully closed in the first half of 2016.
