VGD Corporate Finance was the exclusive transaction advisor to Vendeavor during the sale of CM Trade Via s.r.o.

CM Trade Via.has been operating on the market for more than 25 years and is based in Brno.

The buyer was the ADAX investment group.

The transaction for VGD Corporate Finance was managed by a team led by Jan Stránský and Marek Leja and was completed at the end of May 2022.

The company CM Trade Via s.r.o. exclusively represents major international and local brands on the Czech and Slovak markets. It provides business partners with comprehensive product and marketing support within the range of represented brands.

They actively cooperate with doctors and other specialists. It offers consistently proven, effective and customer-requested products and solutions to eliminate the causes of health problems related to allergies, asthma and eczema.

The company owns two language mutations of the ProAlergiky web portal registered on the domains proalergiky.cz and prealergikov.sk. The company headquarters is located in Brno, where there is also a warehouse and a showroom.

ProAlergiky is the largest domestic portal dealing with the sale of goods intended for allergy sufferers, asthmatics and atopy sufferers. For customers, it represents a valuable combination of an e-shop with specialized products, a discussion forum and a consultation room, where they can consult their problems with expert professionals. Thanks to a very precise intervention on a specific target group, the portals are very attractive for customers suffering from any of the above-mentioned problems and are also highly rated by customers (98% of 1,600 ratings from customers on the Heureka.cz portal).

The company’s sales in 2021 reached CZK 60 million with EBITDA of CZK 10 million. The company has 15 employees.

The Vendeavour Group (www.vendeavour.cz), headed by MUDr. Viktor Růžička, invests in profitable and innovative production and business enterprises.
